As a litigation and briefing attorney in the Dallas office of Jim Adler & Associates, Luis spends his time tirelessly fighting for justice. He thrives on finding solutions to complex problems.
At a previous firm, Luis worked on complex intellectual property cases, focusing on patent litigation, and on commercial litigation cases with billions of dollars at stake.
Luis graduated from Yale University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2017.
In law school, Luis served on the St. Mary’s Law Journal; worked for a renowned civil rights, Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF) litigator; interned with then-Chief Judge of the Southern District of Texas; and interned with a federal appellate judge for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Luis enjoys language. Natively fluent in Spanish, Luis has attended law courses at the Universidad de Guadalajara. And he has lived in Brazil and China, where he studied Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese.
Luis is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. He is also a board member of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association.
