One guiding principle of the law is to put a person back in the position they were in before some wrongful thing occurred, and Nicholas Monroe finds meaningful purpose in helping his personal injury clients become whole once again. Nicholas believes his personal injury clients deserve the highest level of legal care and should be fully compensated under the law. Personal injuries can soon lead to insurmountable disadvantages over the course of a lifetime without a strategic plan of action and the talent and hard work to bring it about. Nicholas utilizes his strong work ethic to acquire the skills necessary for his clients to have the best chance at a full recovery.
