One guiding principle of the law is to put a person back in the position they were in before some wrongful thing occurred, and Nicholas Monroe finds meaningful purpose in helping his clients become whole once again. Nicholas aims for the highest level of legal care by relying on his hard work and developing a strategic plan of action for his clients.
Personal injuries can soon lead to insurmountable disadvantages over the course of a lifetime without a strategic plan of action and the talent and hard work to bring it about. Nicholas utilizes his strong work ethic to acquire the skills necessary for his clients to have the best chance at a full recovery.
Nicholas attended law school at the University of Houston Law Center where he graduated in the top 10% of his class with high honors. Focusing his studies in health law, Nicholas received academic scholarships as a health law scholar and held the position of senior articles editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. He also received awards for earning top grades in legal writing and was a finalist in the Lorance-Thompson Negotiation and Contract Drafting Competition.
As a former Division 1 student athlete at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Nicholas earned distinction as a Commonwealth Honors Program Scholar and Hockey East Distinguished Scholar, while also graduating with high honors. Nicholas went on to play professional hockey before transferring his skills and energy towards the law.
