Robert FitzPatrick

As an associate attorney in the Dallas office of Jim Adler & Associates, Robert FitzPatrick is most passionate about personal injury law.

Often found in courts, Robert believes his personality helps him to stand out as an attorney. “I’m able to get along with most everyone. I can speak with clients, judges and everyone in between and usually make them see my side.”

He believes in all his clients but most likes working with those “who want my help, so we can work as a team to accomplish a common goal.”

Born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Robert received a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, then a law degree from Oklahoma City University, graduating in the top 25 per cent of his class.

A member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, he won its new member of the year award in 2009 and, while in law school, was recognized for his volunteer work with the legal aid and public defender’s office of Oklahoma County.

Robert is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

His hobbies are playing guitar, reading and traveling.
