Frank Robertson

Starting with his first job delivering newspapers as a boy at 5:30 a.m., Frank W. Robertson understood the value and importance of hard work. Today he works to help clients of Jim Adler & Associates, where he applies more than 14 years of litigation experience.

For the firm, Frank has successfully litigated complex oil and gas field and trucking cases and has helped secure millions for his injured clients.

Frank has handled a wide variety of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving 18-wheelers, construction sites, oil and gas fields and industrial sites. He has litigated to verdict more than 60 personal injury jury trials.

“How do you get the best results for clients?” Frank asks. “You never give up.”

A native Texan who grew up in Houston, Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with a minor in Spanish from the University of Houston in 1997. He studied law at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he graduated with honors in 2001.

In law school, Frank served as an editor on the law review. He also was part of the 60 Plus program that assisted the elderly in probate matters, landlord tenant disputes, debt collection and grandparent visitation cases.

Upon establishing his legal career in Houston, Frank first defended insurance companies in personal injury cases, while gaining extensive trial experience. In 2011 he brought his skills to Jim Adler & Associates to help injury victims instead.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the Southern District of Texas, Frank is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and Houston Bar Association.

Fluent in Spanish, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and their two small children, as well as jogging and working out.
