Michael Shultz
Michael Shultz knows life is unpredictable and often, hard times fall upon us. He also understands that often, people need help in these moments. That is why he, as a Litigation Attorney at Jim Adler & Associates’ Channelview office, fights for the rights of people who are going through a difficult period in their life. Michael finds passion and joy in fighting for just compensation by representing individuals who are injured.
Michael was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He grew up playing a variety of sports, but ultimately focused on Lacrosse. Michael attended college at the University of Texas at Austin, where he spent a semester studying abroad in Rome, Italy. Michael thereafter attended the University of Houston Law Center where he was the Treasurer and Chairman of Events of the International Law Society, and a member of the Student Bar Association.
Upon graduating, Michael started at a Plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Houston where he gained experience on a variety of cases that included car accidents, trucking accidents, workplace injuries, refinery explosions, and road construction accidents. Michael has since continued his career at Jim Adler & Associates where he continues to grow as an individual and as an Attorney.
In addition to being licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, Michael is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. In his free time, Michael enjoys golf, working out, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
