Daniel Stone has always known that what’s best in the law is what’s fair.
He firmly believes that clients who have been wronged should be repaid by those that have harmed them.
As a briefing attorney for Jim Adler & Associates, Daniel composes motions and demands that make the legal process move forward to achieve the results that the firm’s clients deserve.

A native of Brownsville, Texas, Daniel went on to graduate with a degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. After spending time as an educator, he graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2020.

While at Texas Tech, Daniel proudly served on the Low Income Tax Clinic, representing and solving clients’ personal income tax issues. He worked tirelessly to ensure that governmental institutions did not take advantage of the clinic’s clients and has carried over that passion to Jim Adler & Associates’ clients. Daniel has previously worked as a business and tax attorney in the central Texas area.
