David Sacks
Inspired by his father to be an attorney at an early age, David Sacks always knew that he was going to be one.
David grew up in Houston, Texas where he graduated from Memorial High School. After high school, he attended Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the W.P. Carey School of Business, majoring in Business Communications.
After his undergraduate studies, he attended Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law in Malibu, California, where he obtained his J.D. and Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution. In law school he focused specifically on personal injury litigation, alternative dispute resolution, construction-defect litigation, and developments with blockchain technology.
After law school, David moved back to his hometown of Houston, Texas, so that he could live closer to his family. David passed the Texas Bar Exam and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
As the firm’s youngest attorney in the litigation department, he takes pride in his role as the briefing attorney where he is able to assist the senior attorneys with their briefs and motions.
“Working for Jim Adler has been a fantastic experience because I get to help people every day who are in pain and are often at the lowest points in their life. I also get the fantastic opportunity to improve my legal skills every day by working with brilliant attorneys with more experience than me and who genuinely want to help develop my skills.”
In his free time David enjoys attending sporting events, working out, and socializing with friends.
