Will’s academic background laid a strong foundation for his legal career. He graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas in 2004, followed by earning his J.D., cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2009. His education not only equipped him with legal knowledge but also provided him with a unique understanding of human behavior, an invaluable asset in his legal practice.

The decision to pursue a career in law was driven by Will’s desire to help those in need. His key motivations include playing fair, being honest, and treating others with respect and dignity, values that he upholds in both his professional and personal life. Over his 14 years of legal experience, Will has represented a diverse range of clients, from defending families against eviction to representing companies in financial disputes. This broad spectrum of experience has endowed him with valuable trial expertise, honed in front of judges, juries, and arbitrators.

Will’s career began at Lone Star Legal Aid, where he worked for two years, representing low-income Texans. He then moved to Pipkin Ferguson, where he further developed his legal skills, before joining Lanza Law Firm where he later became a Partner. In 2023, he brought his extensive experience to Jim Adler & Associates.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Will’s commitment to the legal community extends beyond his practice. He has shared his knowledge and experience through speaking engagements, notably presenting at the 2016 Basic Course in Texas Construction Law on the topic of “The Successful Preparation and Use of Construction Experts.”

Outside the courtroom, Will leads a fulfilling personal life. He and his wife are parents to two children and a dog, a dynamic that keeps them incredibly busy. In his free time, Will enjoys indulging in food, sports, and outdoor activities, reflecting his love for a well-rounded and active lifestyle.
