Commercial Vehicle Accident

A 70-year-old man waiting at a red light entered the intersection after his light turned green. Suddenly and without warning, he was blindsided on the driver’s side by an 18-wheeler traveling nearly 50 miles an hour. The impact shattered all of our client’s ribs and flattened his chest cavity, leaving him trapped in his mangled vehicle.
