Heavy Truck Accident

A heavy truck disabled on the shoulder of a two-lane road failed to put out its warning triangle reflectors to warn approaching vehicles. As a result, when our client approached the area on his motorcycle and was cut off by another truck entering his lane without warning, he did not see the truck on the shoulder when he took evasive action until it was too late.
